You may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 14 working days of delivery on the condition it is unworn, with tags attached and you produce the original receipt. Whilst we are not obliged to refund or exchange items due to a change of mind we are happy to do so provided it is withing the 14 working days period. If you purchased online, provided you complete the return within the 14 working days from delivery, we will refund the full amount you originally paid together with the postage costs of the refund. Please complete the returns form sent with your order ( see link below to download and print a copy ) and enclose it with the return, failure to do so may delay or void your refund. Returns cannot be accepted outside the 14 working days period. If you have a local PRIVVY store, you are welcome to return the garment there provided you present your receipt and comply with the above 14 working days conditions.
