We charge a flat delivery cost of $7.00 (AUD) on all online orders delivered in Australia.

All orders are dispatched to reach you within 5 working days from the time of your order via Australia Post.

By providing your email address at the time of ordering enables us to issue you with a tracking number allowing you to track your order through the Australia Post delivery system. This information will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch.

Please ensure you have provided the correct delivery details when placing your order as we cannot be responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect location.

For returns please refer to our returns policy and the returns form sent to you with your purchase.  However we will refund the delivery costs to you provided you adhere to the 14 working days terms and conditions. You can also download a copy by clicking here.
