Ok, is it safe? Good question to ask and yes it is, we use a SSL system to secure your payement process through our bank. We do not retain any information you provide other than that needed at the time to process your order. As our Privacy Policy states quite clearly we respect your privacy and certainly want your shopping experience with us to be safe and easy. Order Conditions When you place your order with us it cannot be changed once you have paid. Our returns policy states quite clearly how you can return items within the 14 working days and obtain a full refund of the original purchase cost and the return cost. Please see our Returns Policy. We retain the right to restrict order quantities to a normal retail quantity. Returns Our returns policy details how you may return items within the 14 working day period, provided you adhere to our returns policy. We respect the fact you are purchasing online and appreciate that it is a little different from purchasing in one of our stores. For that reason we will permit any return within the 14 working days, even if it was simply because the item did not seem as expected. We will refund the amounts due to you using the same payment method you originally used. Please refer to our (RETURNS FORM) for full information. In store returns If you are close to one of our stores please feel free to return the garment to that store, but please ensure you have your receipt. Shipping Our standard shipping cost is $7.00 (AUD) anywhere in Australia, per order regardless of the mix of items you have selected. We use Australia Post to deliver your order and as part of the shopping process you will be asked for an email address in order that we can sent you a tracking code to track the progress of your delivery. We must stress however that you are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery details. We can take no responsibility for incorrect details once the order has left us. Furthermore one deleivered to the address you have given you are taken to have received the item and hence its ownership. Gift Purchases If you are buying an item as a gift to someone else simply put their details in the shipping address as part of the buying process. You may however be wise to use your email address for billing and shipping so you can track the delivery. Stock Availability From time to time we sell out of stock quickly, in addition we also only sell some items in store. We will only charge your card once the item has been dispatched. You will be advised immediately by email if there is a possible delay in delivery due to stock shortages, however our system indicates the stock availability of each product as you purchase, so you can rest assured will will do everything possible at all times to ensure your item arrives with you within the 5 working days.
