ONLINE RETURNS ~

RETURN VIA POST:

You may return any full price garment for a refund (not including the postage) by contacting us with your order details within 7 days from the delivery date. As Privvy is not liable for loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return your garment using registered mail.​

In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty a full refund will be issued.
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags attached. 

Your item should arrive within 14 days to us. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirming your return and your refund.​

RETURN IN-STORE:

You are also able return your online purchase to one of our stores within 30 days of your order date. Please bring a completed returns form to your closest Privvy store, follow the link in your confirmation email to locate the returns form.
All items are to be returned in original condition, unworn and with swing tags attached. ​Please bring proof of purchase e.g confirmation email/bank statement with you to show staff.
