IN STORE PURCHASES / RETURNS

For in store purchases we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit on all full price items that are returned within 14 days of purchase.

Garments are to be unworn, tags are to be attached and proof of purchase is to be shown - receipt or bank statement.

There is no exchange or refunds of sale items as these lines have been reduced to clear.

We refund or exchange any faulty items. An item can only be deemed faulty by discretion of the company. 

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS 

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your online order! We are happy to provide a full refund on all online orders that are returned with in 30 days of the shipment date. 

Items are to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, Privvy is unable to accept returns for jewelry. 

Refunds will be processed once the garment has been received by us. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reach your nominated account. 

Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount at the standard shipping cost of $8.50.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

1. CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN STORE?

All items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any Privvy Fashion retail store, simply head into store with the following:

1. Your item(s) in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
2. Proof of purchase, confirmation email.
3. Pop into your nearest Privvy store and ask for the manger.

2. HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER ONLINE?

Complete all of the steps in our return centre. You will need your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.

3. I'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you have received your order and opened the package only to discover…

  • Your product has arrived broken
  • Your product has arrived damaged
  • Is deemed to be faulty or
  • Has a manufacturer fault?

If you believe that your purchase has a fault, please email our Customer Service team at onlineprivvy@gmail.com with your invoice number and the details of the fault and our team will happily assist you.

Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem any item faulty.

4. WHAT IF IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN 30 DAYS?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the shipment date.

5. STOCK IS UNAVAILABILE AFTER PURCHASE?

Privvy Fashion makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available and we cannot locate your item from the supplier, our team will provide you with the following options..

  • A full refund on the out of stock item.
  • The same item in any other available colours. 
  • A size up or size down if available.
  • A similar item that we think may interest you issued a refund for the out of stock item.

6. IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN MY REFUND?

Only the purchase price of the item being returned will be included in the refund. Cost of return shipping label will be deducted from refund at the standard shipping rate of $8.50. 

7. HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Refunds will be processed once the item has been physically received by Privvy. Please allow 1-3 business days for refund to reach your nominated account.  

7. CAN I RETURN A GIFT VOUCHER?

Gift vouchers are unable to be returned. 

8. CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN STORE IF I PURCHASED USING AFTERPAY?

To return your online Afterpay purchase in-store, you will need to contact our Customer Service team at onlineprivvy@gmail.com before going into a store as we will have to process the refund online. The girls in store will take your item and you will receive a confirmation email that day in relation to your refund.
