Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150.
Orders under $150 incur a flat rate of:
$10 Standard Shipping
$15 Express Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on Australia Post.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel directly through Australia Post.
Yes. You can select Click & Collect at checkout and collect your order from your chosen Privvy store.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post and Privvy is not responsible for loss or damage during transit. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
Returns
Complete all of the steps in our return centre. You will need your order number which can be found on your confirmation email.

Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
Yes. Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Yes. A standard return shipping fee of $8.50 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Yes, online items can be returned or exchanged in any Privvy store with proof of purchase and items in original condition.
If you paid via Afterpay online and wish to return in store, please contact customer service first so we can process the refund correctly.
Once your return is received and processed, refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email onlineprivvy@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos. Each claim is assessed individually in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Out of Stock Items
If we cannot fulfil an item due to supplier availability, we will contact you and offer:
- A full refund
- An alternative size (if available)
- An alternative colour (if available)
- A similar replacement item
Gift Vouchers
Yes. Our online gift vouchers can be used online or in store.
No, gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
